What if I decided I want to cancel my order
after it is placed?
- Due to
our quick turn-around-times, orders must be
cancelled within 2 hrs of being placed by
sending an e-mail to sales@skinscentuals.com.
All cancellations will be charged a 15%
re-stocking fee.

What if my order arrives damaged?
- When your order arrives, please inspect
the carton for any damage that may have
occurred during shipment. We take great care
to insure your products get to you safely,
however, if damage occurred to the items in
your shipment please contact Skin eScentuals
Customer Service via e-mail at questions@skinscentuals.com.
One of our customer service representatives
will be happy to assist you in getting your
replacements. Please do not send any items
back to Skin eScentuals without a return
authorization. Items returned without an
authorization number will not be replaced
nor will shipping expenses be reimbursed.
*Note: We cannot guarantee the shipping
of our bath bombs due to their fragile
nature.

What if I want my products automatically
shipped every 3 months so I don’t have to
re-order every time?
- Be patient with us! We are working out
the details to be able to accept auto-ship
members so you can enjoy your favorite
products without the worry of running out.

What if I have a question about my products
after they arrive?
- No problem! Customer Satisfaction is our
number one priority. E-mail us at
questions@skinscentuals.com anytime you
have a question about how to use a product,
need suggestions for your skin type, want to
know more about a product before you
purchase or have a comment to share with us
about one of our products. We love hearing
from our customers and believe me we
listen! If you want send us a
review to put on our site, we’d love to hear
from you.
*NOTE: Due
to natural versus chemical preservatives being used in our
formulations, our average product shelf life is 6 to 9
months (unless otherwise stated in the product page). All
ingredients listed as “organic” are certified organic
(unless otherwise noted on the product page).
Due to customer requests, some of the
scents we have incorporated cannot be duplicated in nature
and include a synthetic fragrance. All of these products
will be
clearly
marked with the product details on our website. Whenever
possible, we use 100% pure natural essential oils.
All of our
products are responsibly made and packaged in the United
States.
